ARTICLE V. Nominating and Elections

Section 1 Nominating Committee

A. Each regional group of the Association may present the name of one Active Member of the Association as its candidate. The candidate may be chosen by any method which the group may devise. The name shall be submitted to the incumbent Nominating Committee no later than December 31, or sixteen weeks prior to the Annual Meeting, whichever comes first. It shall be accompanied by biographical data and a written statement of the nominee's consent to serve if elected.
